Phone suddenly stopped failing and receiving calls. Please help x

It could be one of a hundred reasons. 

 

Can you provide a bit more information. 

 

  • Did you get your phone from EE? 
  • Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract? 
  • Are you in credit on your account?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Have tried that. Have full signal and everything. Can't even take incoming call

Are you able to try the SIM in another phone at all?

 

This will help us to see if this is the phone or SIM causing this.

The phone is a sealed unit. I would have to take the entire back off???

The SIM card is removable from the device.

Samsung galaxy edge 6. However i also don't think I have a compatible
devise to check it in

If you can pop into an EE retail store they will remove the SIM tray and try this in another device for you.
