That's strange. because when i ordered it the description said Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and wireless charger with free DEX. i have the screen shot to prove it. how do i upload it?

Ammofficial did you get a wireless charger from ee and a dex from Samsung yet as I am having the same problem could you send me a copy of the web page. I would not have bothered with this offer otherwise as we purchase three of these phones so paying ee a lot of money.

We offer the Note 8 both with and without the wireless charger. (There's a higher upfront cost on the bundle that includes the wireless charger)
Do you know which one you ordered?
If you ordered before 14 September you can claim your DeX station here >

Yes I pre ordered on 25 Aug for three phones note s8 and deal was for wireless charger sent with phone plus a dex which I am claiming from Samsung. The offer was on ee web site for pre orders only but ee are now trying to claim offer did not exist but the picture on the offer showed two offers a charger with headset or charger with dex and when we placed the order with Dion whom has vanished we spent an hour on the phone but this conversation was surpriselying not recorder we stated we wanted the wireless charger and dex for all three phones.

Did you purchase that said tariff?
Not all calls are recorded only some not it's not surprising that it wasn't recorded.

I have the tariff that included the offer. It is convenient that ee loose certain conversations when it involves making claim.i just want 3 wireless chargers

They don't record every single call.
Only some are recorded.
Maybe say what tariff you opted for and then @James_B may be able to help you if you chose the correct tariff or not.
