Samsung note 10 plus signal issues

Hi

ive just received the new note 10 plus 5g

my signal has dropped dramatically and using a sat nav the signal is intermittent 

 

any ideas on what to do

 

ive tried resetting network settings but it’s still the same

Is this happening in specific areas? you can check for known problems by using our Network Status Checker.

 

Are you connected to 5G or 4G when this happens?

I have the same problem. It is a known issue and Samsung are trying to sort it apparently. It happens when the satnav switches between 5g and 4g areas as you travel. The workaround is to switch to "up to 4g" in the "settings/connections/mobile networks/network mode" menu.

 

This should have been tested properly before launch.

 

I certainly don't want another recall after the 7.

MeRe: Samsung note 10 plus signal issues

I'm having the same issues. My iPhone Xs and Huawei p30 pro have full bars but my note is on 1 or 2.

 

A quick search on this and it seems this is a known fault with the Note 10 and + and seems to be a hardware fault. 

 

Also the battery life is shocking 

 

Last note I had was a 7 and we know what happened there. Massively regretting getting this phone.
