I have just got a 4GEE Wi-Fi mini and when I am connecting my Samsung S7 edge to it, it connects but says 'no internet available. I have got other devices connected to it including an iPhone, a surface pro and a Samsung A3, all with no problems.
The S7 is running version 7.0 of Android. Are there known issues with this version and the 4GEE Wi-Fi?
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

It should connect, have you entered the correct password.
Try forgetting the device and connecting again.

I have tried forgetting but it hasn't made any difference. The password is also correct, as the phone does connect but says that internet is not available.

I recommend speaking to our technical support team, they will do their best to get this sorted.
