I upgrade on Friday and experiencing varied issues.
I chose the s10+ mainly for the camera but its terrible. It fails to focus and stay focused
you cant set AF if video is at 60FPS (whats the point of a setting you cant use or have to change all the time)
Live focus is over exposed or the effect is so blurry it drifts into the targeted focus for a dreadful affect
this morning the alarm didnt sound
It seems there are known issues with the camera (a quick root around int he samsung community confirmed) so my question is this?
Can i return this upgrade and exchange?
I do not want to cancel just go with a different phone
I upgraded in store and undertstand theres no 14 DMB but i had no idea of these issues until i started using it
@mrsjsuthers You get 12 days to report any issues with the device back to the store, but you’ll not get a different model device.
