Samsung Galaxy fold creaks when opened

Got my samsung Galaxy fold on October 18th and now its creaking when I open it is this normal

Not when I first got it the second day but everything else is working perfect it only creaks when opened not closing

Sounds like you got something stuck inside the fold mechanism. Something like dust etc may have got in.

Nothing you'll be able fix yourself.

Thought they solved that problem by putting plugs in the end of the hinges it's under a lifetime warranty so I'll take it to a shop hopefully they can sort it

They cant completely seal ot off.

Look at Jerry rigs everything video he has done a video about the fold and sand.

Where can I view that video is it on YouTube.  I've not taken it outside yet and I've kept it away from dust so I thought

True I realised after saying that dust is everywhere 

That guy is brutal with the fold he had found myself cringing for mine . Mine dont make that sort of creak its low key compared to that one I'll stay of beaches with this phone and no Stanley knife near it I've just gotta be extra careful gonna pop in the shop tomorrow see what they say I don't wanna give the phone up besides the creaking it's a good phone
