I love Samsung but for me this is not an upgrade. I'll be sticking with my S8+
Hopefully the Samsung Galaxy X (unless they keep the S name rumours they are going X) will give us more of an upgrade.

The Galaxy X will be the name of the foldable phone. Not the S range.

Hi. New to this. I ordered my S9+ in store the other day. So with the 7 days early promotion do I collect instore tomorrow? . The sales advisor wasnt really clear on when to collect. Thank you .

I received a txt from EE saying courier would deliver to store today and would receive msg from courier with a time slot.
DPD informed me it was delivered to store.
I went to pick up today and EE shop told me I couldn't have it until tomorrow.

You were not due to have it til tomorrow anyway.
But I feel your pain I had same issue last year But mine came direct from Samsung and was told is receive the phone. Took day off work and it never came.

Hey do you know if upgraders who upgraded during this promotion period will get this 7 days early, saw it on the store. Upgraded as an existing customer but no emails confirm though the order has gone through. Cheers.

I'd like to know this too. I've taken my upgrade on this phone and other than the "Thanks for your order" email I've not seen a thing. The upfront upgrade cost has not come out of my bank, no emails or texts letting me know about DPD delivery.
The order number starting xkn comes back with "Oops! Your tracking timed out" on EE's tracking page:
Going to My EE shows "you're ready to upgrade" still.
I have serious doubts that I'll be receiving my phone today.

I pre-ordered my S9 on Sunday 4th March for delivery today. Received confirmation email and order number XKN********* . Have now contacted EE as I had not received delivery text only to be told that due to a computer error my order had not gone through and a new order will need to be generated.
Annoyed to say the least as I had taken today off work as leave.
