Samsung Galaxy S6

Hi, I got the Samsung Galaxy S6 from EE on contract last year and a month ago I upgraded my plan to sim only so I kept the same phone. However, for the past few days, my S6 has been playing up and coming up with a lot of advertisements. Would EE give me a new phone?

SImply answer no unless you have had the sim only plan for 6 months then you can upgrade to a contract with a phone. 


Try factory resetting your phone to see if that helps your issue.
