S9 won’t turn on

My partners Samsung galaxy s9 was on charge in a charging case and both the phone and case got really hot so he took the phone out of the case and now the phone has gone black screen and the red light up the top is constantly on (phone isn’t on charge) any idea what I can do? I’ve tried the button combinations and no luck

Either contact Samsung under your warranty, or take your device to EE and they will send it off for assessment.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

I'd recommend following @Northerner's advice and contacting either EE or Samsung to get the phone assessed.

 

You can either get in touch over the phone or visit your local EE Store.
