I have just order an S7 edge with the free watch offer. The problem is that my order didn't initially go through, but was later confirmed as 'OK.' The confirmation email didn't mention the free watch.
When I contacted EE online they said it would be claimed by me from Samsung using the invoice number. Does this sound right? I can't find any website with this offer..

Hi, If I buy a Galaxy S7 Edge "good as new" is there any reason why Samsung wouldn't honour the GearFit offer?
As the "good as new" phones are returned within 14 days the GearFit could not have been claimed

The "good as new" option would be down to samsung to honour, i would sugest giving them a call and asking them,
As the only information that samsung need is the Invoice Number (AKA Bill Number) this should not be a problem.
Have a look at the T&C, this may also help.
