He's having the 128GB version S10+ you will need to speak with customer services as there is no account access here on the Community.

I was just wondering whether this is an isolated issue, ee have issued a £20 credit to my account which suggests perhaps many people will be affected...

It happend to me aswell but phoned them and they said nothings wrong I'll receive my device Friday I don't get it lol

Orders are being shipped on a first come, first serve basis.

 

You'll receive a text message from DPD with tracking details as soon as it's dispatched. You would normally receive this text before 8PM on the day before your delivery.
