Revert back pay as you go

Had to stop working due to ill health and having to scrape money together pay for monthly phone bill.

Was wondering how would it work if canceled one contract on my bill and the other one revert back to pay as you go so can keep same phone number .

Can no longer keep financially struggling like this priorities massively changed

Re: Revert back pay as you go

@Jay29  You need to call customer services about this and explain your situation as you can not just cancel a contract,  you’ll be required to pay off the remainder of the contract as you agreed to pay the contract to the minimum term.
