Returns period for delivered S10+ upgrade

Hi,

My S10+ upgrade has just been delivered. I just wanted to check - what is the returns period and when does it start ie from delivery receipt date?

Re: Returns period for delivered S10+ upgrade

The cooling of period is 14 days from delivery of the device when you ordered online or by phone but not if you ordered in a store.
