Receiving unexpected email from EE

Here's the thing, I'm from Taiwan, never been to UK nor ever heard of EE before, and I received an email yesterday, saying that I chose to leave EE, with a PAC code inside.

I'm kind of freaking out. How in the world am I supposed to receive an email for leaving a telecom operator that I never joined?

I need help. Whether EE wants me to pay or not, having such emails sent to me isn't normal. Maybe it's just an error, but I want to make things clear anyways.

Re: Receiving unexpected email from EE

EE also don’t issue PAC codes via email either so it’s clearly just a scam.

Hi @Kanetext3

Welcome to the community.

What is the email address that the email came from?
