Following from above question, since EE is refarming its 3G spectrum for 4G use, what solution will you provide to customers with Samsung Note 4? This device and other simillar phones currently use 3G network for voice calls.
Despite the latest EE firmware, the Note 4 is not 4G Calling (VoLTE) enabled!!
I understand the Note 4 is VoLTE enabled as per other UK and US operators: see link below:
So, the question is, how will you support these customers once all 3G spectrum is rafarmed and we can no longer make voice calls?
