RCS Not working

I'm trying to get RCS working on my S10e. I'm using the Google messages app and I've gone through all the steps and troubleshooting on EE's RCS page. Also gone through Google's RCS troubleshooting page.

Any suggestions?

Re: RCS Not working - my solution

I discovered in my About Phone my number was showing as the original number for Sim before the number port.

To fix this (since you can't edit your number on a Samsung). I put my sim into an iPhone (apparently blackberry works as well). In settings>phone>my number I can then edit the number.

Put it back into my Samsung clear the data in app settings for messages and carrier services.

Go back into messages and check chat settings. IT CONNECTS!!!

So ultimately the issue was a phone number misconfiguration.

Re: RCS Not working

Try clearing data on google messages and starting again.

This happened to my wifes Huawei and I kept doing that until it started working.
