My mum has a Samsung galaxy s6 edge and she has had a prohibited sign come up in top right hand corner but do not know why it is there or how to get rid of it she can not send or receive message or calls

Re: Prohibited Sign on Samsung

Hi @Lezamarie93

Sounds like do not disturb is activated on the device.

Go into Settings - sound and vibration - do not disturb to activate and deactivate, or the quick setting buttons.

Thanks
