Problems with p20 pro apps after recent update

Since Sunday evening my P20 pro has a major problem, it will not open lots of apps that worked fine before. Even worse is that as working apps get updated then they will not open either! 

 

Any ideas?

Thanks for coming back to me.

 

In this case I would give us a call on 150 and speak to our Tech Gurus they will be able to get this looked into for you.

What apps are not working now?

 

Do they have any comments within the app store advising this is not loading from other users?

Lloyds Bank, Nationwide, Halifax, Gmail, BBC, One football, Meerkat, Absolute radio and plenty more. There are no comments on Google Play store 😞

Had to do a factory reset to resolve problem 😐
