I recently upgraded my Samsung S7 edge to the Samsung S9 and I have to say, I am really disappointed! I am having so many problems with this phone such as, touchscreen deadzones, screen keeps freezing and lagging. I've been on a few other forums and it seems that these are common issues with the S9. Is anyone else having the same problems and should I go back to EE to see what they can do?

How long have you owned it?
Can you try factory resetting your device.

Thanks all for your help! I have done a full master reset and problems are still there! Spoke to EE and they will give me a new handset 🙂 I have only had the phone for a few days so reckon it's faulty.
