Hi I would just like to aknowledge the great customer service I received from a member of staff from EE. I've been having problems with my phone transitioning over to a new handset and had phoned customer services a few times but with no real answers or solutions.
But my experience with the latest member of staff was a joy.
His name was Stephen Brown Harding. He told me exactly what was wrong and what we needed to do to fix the problem. He gave me his email address so I could contact him directly and this made things go a lot more smoothly.
I just want to make sure he gets the recognition he deserves because he was really top notch and he's a real credit to your company.
