Phone unlock

I’ve requested to unlock my old iPhone 6s which no longer has a sim in it because my contract finished. I put in my IMEI number for my 6s and ticked that my old iphone was ‘Pay Monthly’ but after filling those steps out it didn’t ask me for my contact details on billing address etc...

Was I not charged and did I fill out the initial steps wrong?

Where will my unlock code be sent for my old iPhone?

I sent a request for my current iPhone X to be unlocked which it did ask me to fill out an online form for billing addresses etc. Why was it not the same for my old iPhone?

Many thanks!

It already knows your contact email and billing addy from when the phone was registered to MyEE. As the contract was finished there will be no charge.

Re: Phone unlock

Hi @kdelro,

That's right, your phone would have been unlocked automatically after 18 months.
