Phone number not recognised by website

Hello

 

Can anyone help.

I've topped my phone up using the T-mobile/EE website many times over years.

Always had the same number.

Now it tells me the number is not recognised?

Although my credit has run out, it's recieving texts and calls.

In the past i've used the payment method that didn't require loging in.

That doesn't work now (although it's only branded as EE, my sim was bought as T-mobile???)

I've created an account and logged on, and still it tells my it couldn't recognise my number.

 

Any ideas?

You need to call customer service on 150 from ee or any other provider to 07953 966 250 to escalate this issue.
