@TS24   Is there a signal showing on the device?  Have you restarted the device?

Afternoon @TS24

Thanks for coming to the community.

Where did you purchase the phone?

Did this come with a new EE SIM card?

Re: Phone not registered on network

I brought it new and sealed on Ebay. I put my original ee sim in and when I try to make calls it says not registered on network.

Re: Phone not registered on network

@TS24  so it's not the SIM but the device.  It could possibly be network blocked. It might of been reported lost/stolen if it has that you have to take this up with the eBay seller.

Re: Phone not registered on network

The Ebay seller got it as an upgrade. Is it something that can be sorted?

Re: Phone not registered on network

@TS24 If theres no service and the sim works in another phone it could possibly be blacklisted.

Re: Phone not registered on network

If the Ebay seller got it as an upgrade why would that be the case, and is there anything I can do?

Re: Phone not registered on network

@TS24 you would be surprised by the amount of fraud committed around someone saying they have had the phone stolen to sell it on then claiming on their insurance.
