Pay And Go Users of Phones with Wifi Calling

Hi folks I am a Pay and Go user with a Samsung Galaxy A3 2017. It has wifi calling option.

When will "EE" recognise that we are paying money like anyone else on the network.

I have a £10 everything pack. It's about time "EE" got their act together for pay and go users.

If this is not resolved soon I will use the "3" network instead.

Re: Pay And Go Users of Phones with Wifi Calling

The 3 network is the same. You need to be a pay monthly customer to use the wifi calling.

Unless you use the app which drains the battery.

Again O2 uses an app which drains the battery.

Vodafone I believe you also have to be a pay monthly customer but not sure on that one.  No experience of Vodafone.

Re: Pay And Go Users of Phones with Wifi Calling

@Profile closed  Doesn't o2 use an app to get this sort of feature?  It's not true wifi calling like EE, 3 and Vodaphone.  And vodaphone it's only on certain tariffs so if effectively you are paying for this service.

To my knowledge no network has enabled true Wi-Fi calling for any pay-as-you-go customers.
