Re: PAC code

I clicked on this form but i realised it asks for a temporary EE number and the old number you want to keep. I actually dont want to bring my old number and i jave had my EE for a little while and i asked for a pac code from another network provider i was using so i want to cancel that and just use EE and only keep this number. Does anyone know what to do about that? Thank you.

Re: PAC code

Hi @Sarakiani and welcome to the community.

You will need to speak to your previous network provider and request a full cancellation.

Many thanks,

Lee

Re: PAC code

Thank you Lee for getting back it was a monthly sim only roll on contract so not a regular 12 or 24 months contract. All i was told was to provide EE with a pac code but EE wants me to keep my old number as per their online form but i dont want to keep it i like my new number better lol

Re: PAC code

Hi @Sarahkiani

If you have not provided the PAC code already, please do speak to your old provider to complete the cancelation.

Many thanks,

Lee
