Oreo 8.0 on Samsung S8+ not fit for purpose

This update including the latest patches is the worst update I have had on Android phones. It has crippled the experience on my S8+ . My phone is slow. The touch interface is patchy and unresponsive especially around the edges. Applications do not update and take ages to install or uninstall. To update apps I have to go into settings and clean memory. 

 

This should never have been widely released in this state. 

 

Will give it a bit longer before I formerly lodge complaints through EE.

Try factory resetting your device. 

 

The update works just great in my S8+
