Ordered in store huawei p30 pro

I went today to my local store and tried to get the huawei p30 pro. 


Because of the price of the phone I want the Aurora colour but they said there is only black colour available. 


I made a deposit and they ordered that colour for me. 


Does anybody know how long it might take? I do not have any email so far from ee confirming the order neither a tracking number. 


Shall I contact the chat so they might be able to check the availability in uk? 


I certainly dont want to wait forever but buying the black is not an option.

@Didac   As it’s a store order you’ll not get an tracking information.  All your information comes from the store and unfortunately customer services can not give you any information about your order, you’ll need to wait for the store to contact you when your device is ready to be picked up,  if you call the store you will have to be patient for them to answer as the store staff will probably be dealing with customers and walk in customers are a priority over a phone ringing.
