Number has not transferred to EE

Hello can anyone help me please? Yesterday around lunch time i put in a request online to transfer my number from vodafone pay as you go on to EE pay as you go. It said it will take 24 hours but  Today it still had not been done. I have not received any sort of text either to say it is in process.

You should of received a confirmation text after setting the port up.


Have you tried turning your Vodaphone SIM off and rebooting your new EE SIM?


If you have I would probably give Customer Services a quick call - they'll be able to check if it's gone through correctly and if not get everything set up for you.
