Not registered on network

I have recently received a Samsung s7 edge of a friend a few months ago and put a EE pay as you go SIM in it and now every time I try to make a call I get not registered on network. Pls help as I need my phone for work

Hi @ArronG 

 

It's either:

 

  • The SIM is dead
  • Your phone is locked to another carrier
  • Your phone is barred (reported lost or stolen)

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
