No network

Hiya, I have a temporary Xperia phone whilst mine has been sent off for repairs today. I have no network! Please help

Try downloading your phone settings from EE site:



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Is the SIM card fully inserted? Could you try taking it out and then re-placing it?


Did you get the Xperia as a loan phone from EE?
