New customer, New Phone

HI I HAVE JUST JOINED EE AND I HAVE A NEW PHONE AND SIM CARD. ITS NOT WORKING AT ALL. SAYS EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY. CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE.

Welcome to the community,

 

Please make sure that you do not write all in capital letters, as that is regarded as shouting, thank you.

 

It looks like your SIM card has not been activated yet. You can click on help, then where it says getting started, click on activating your sim, this should sort it out.

Sorry about the capital's. 

Thank you for the advice. I have resolved the issue. My phone number was not connected to the sim card but a great person on EE chat helped and my phone is now up and running.
