My signal keeps going

I keep losing my signal on my phone and when I'm on important calls my phone cuts out because of the signal

Are you using EE 4G network or WiFi calling?

 

Have you checked EE Network Status Checker?

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

I'd recommend checking your postcode in our Network Status Checker.

 

Does this happen in all locations or just certain postcodes?

 

Is it happening on all calls or just some?
