My samsung edge is telling me there is no valid sim in it

My samsung edge is telling me there is no valid sim in it but there is. This has happened over night notjing has chaneged yo my account. I have tried switch on and off but still saying the same so can't make phone calls

Take the sim out and carefully rub the gold contact part to clean it. Don't use a cloth or water.

 

Then reinsert to see if this works.

 

If not ask EE for a sim replacement. It is most likely the sim at fault than the phone.

  • Can you try the sim in another phone?
  • Did you get the phone from EE?

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
