Since iv come back from holiday 2 weeks ago my apps dont work only on wifi 😞 iv tried everything

Thanks for coming back to us.

 

If you log into your My EE online > Menu > Manage Device > Data Content Controls > Can you turn this to STRICT then back to OFF

 

After doing this, can you restart your device.
