How long have you had no internet for?

This is my mobile device and I seem to get on to wifi fine but as soon as I need to use my data I cant and it's been for the last week on and off but today I couldn't use it at all.Thank you Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

Have you got data remaining? you can check this by logging in to your My EE account or text AL to 150

 

Is data enabled within your handset settings?
