Welcome to the community,


Please contact customer service or go into your nearest branch to let EE know that your phone has been lost, so that they can put a block on it and they will be able to supply you with a new SIM card with the same number you have had, but a different serial number.


Not sure why you cannot log into yahoo, as this is something you need to check with Yahoo. Are you sure you are logging in with the correct details? You may want to click on forgotten password and then they will be able to send you a link to reset your password.

If you give us a call on 0800 079 8586, we can block the SIM and phone for you, and get you a replacement SIM card sent out with the same number.
