Keep getting message about spendcap on account but no spend cap in place

When I text to certain numbers I get a msg saying a spend cap is in place but when I text 150 it says there is no cap on place.  Does anyone else have this problem?

Welcome to the community. 

 

If you log in to My EE and go to Manage My Device > Spend Caps. Does it show a spend cap in there?
