I got 2 contracts and both came with phone and SIM but now I was wondering coz I lost SIM can I get new SIM and a phone as my mum needs one badly please

You need to phone CS or go into a EE store to order a replacement SIM.

Oh, you lost the phone too? Is it due for an upgrade? If not, you'll have to pay off the contract to update it early.
