I can't make a call or text in the eu. My international call barring is on. It asks for a password but I don't have 1. I can't call customer services to sort it out either.

I think that you may need to activate roaming. That is potentially the problem.

Hi thanx. Everywhere I look it comes back to calling customer services, but all out goin calls are blocked even 150.
I can't find any live chat option 😔

There's no live chat option at all on my phone I've logged into myee several times. I can't see it anywhere.
After googling it's pointing me here to the community....

You need to stay logged in and then you will be invited for a live chat when an operator becomes available @Tammyscale0926
If you are having difficulty, is it possible to use an alternative landline or mobile number to get in touch over the phone?
We have no account access in community and a live chat or a phone chat is what is needed to help this situation.
Fingers crossed you can speak to some one as soon as possible.
