Iam trying to complete the 3 stages to acquire EE app

Iam trying to complete the 3 stages to acquire  the EE App but stage 2 requests my mobile device number  which I have given as xxxxxxxxxx but the reply was this number  has already been given try again. I do not have any other  device

 Please help

Who was it that told you that it's broken?

 

Could you try registering your account fully on the My EE desktop site?

Have you registered the number before? Or have you moved from pay as you go or a different pay monthly account recently?

 

Could you try on a different device or browser please?

I rang 150 and they talked me through in getting the app and after 35
minutes and more frustration it came up that it was broke try again
tomorrow .

I'm not aware of any problems and just tried my app, which is working fine, @Hazelnut1940.

 

Could you try registering on the desktop site that I linked above? Then your app might sign in successfully.

Hooray Iam cooking with gas thanks ever so much Chris  Iam so grateful. I was starting to  loose the will to  live. Have only been with EE for a week and it has been  the longest week of my life. I was on the verge of just calling it a day. THANKS AGAIN.
