I've rang in yesterday to remove content lock and she removed it for menotworkig

I rang in yesterday to remove my content lock and the lady removed it for me and it's still the same I still carnt access my vape website not happy customer

Hi @Damien666 

 

Have you tried restarting your device?

 

Or removing it manually?

 

Try logging into your MyEE app then - Settings - Content Lock - change this to off. Then restart your device.

It should now work.

It's still on I've rang 3 times now and they all said they would take it off but still I carnt access my vape website not happy at all no one can seem to help me sort this I've tried going on the app and settings to turn it off there is not turn off setting on my settings part of the app so Iam still back to square 1

Is it definitely the EE content lock that is restricting you?

 

Your browser may have a built in content moderator.
