I just tried to register and error msg said phone number I entered was already a

Just wanted to check my balance of minutes, etc. Looks like I was supposed to register and when I tried to do so, error msg said the phone number I entered was already associated. If the clerks at the shop where I bought the ee sim card registered for me. I failed to write down / remember the password. Can you help???

Do you know which of your email addresses were used to set it up originally?

 

If so, pop that in and click 'forgot password'.
