I it won't let me add my SIM to my account

Hi guys I had to uninstall and re install the my EE app now when I log in and add my device it says the SIM is already active

Welcome to the community. 

 

Does your number show in your My EE when you select manage device?

 

Have you recently upgraded?

 

I would recommend contacting our mobile care team who can look to refresh your account.
