Are you getting this info from your MyEE app? It can take 48 hours for it all to update with your new plan.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Yes I'm getting info through the app but it's been 4 weeks now

Since you upgraded have you had a bill?

 

Can you text BALANCE to 150, does the reply show your old plan?
