I have upgraded my phone but I still don't have my old number what do I do?

Also my phone won't allow me to send messages? What do I do there aswell

@AdamMowle  If you’ve upgrade your number will migrate to the new SIM card this can take up to 24 hours but it’s usually around 4-5 hours try restarting the device a few times as this can help.

I upgraded the phone at carphone warehouse

Please try restarting your new phone. If this doesn't help, get in touch with customer services so we can make sure you new SIM has been activated correctly.
