Also my phone won't allow me to send messages? What do I do there aswell
@AdamMowle If you’ve upgrade your number will migrate to the new SIM card this can take up to 24 hours but it’s usually around 4-5 hours try restarting the device a few times as this can help.

I upgraded the phone at carphone warehouse
