I have topped up and replied YES to 2058 it hasn't got through, what should I do

Hello @Shazaib_Aslam what response do you get when you restart your phone and text the code AL to 150?

 

If the promotional pack or add ons have not been applied within 24 hours customer service on 150 from an EE mobile or landline or 07953 966 250 from any other (lines open at 8am) can access your account and check or add them for you. 🙂
