I have preordered the galaxy note 9

I pre-ordered the galaxy note 9 last week and when I received my txt to check through a link to confirm this it first said order confirmed, when I went on there again this information wasn’t there!? Could someone tell me why this has happened please.

Which order number are you using? Does it begin with XKN or 000?

 

Are you using the online order tracker?

That's the correct one to use. It's unusual that the order isn't showing on the tracker anymore.

 

Our customer service team have access to your account and will be able to check the order for you.

I rang EE and everything is ok with my order I should be receiving it on the 24th of August without fail. 😊

Just a quick question had an update for the galaxy note 9 saying will be delivered in 24hrs is this still the case?
