I have a new mobile and can no longer access Virgin WiFi on the tube even if I put in the number and password for my EE account. How can I fix this?

Hi there @RoseLP
This would be a different password to your My EE.
Can you try and connect as below;
Once underground, just turn on your WiFi and select EE WiFi-Auto from the list of networks.
Then select the ‘access method’ as EAP, and ‘EAP method’ as SIM.
If not, can you text EEWiFi to 9527 and this will give you a username and password.
