If you have a phone locked to another carrier then you will need to speak to them about unlocking your phone.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Are you trying to unlock your phone or is your SIM card asking for a PUK?

You can't unlock a sim card so what are you trying to do?

Thanks for coming back to us.

 

Have you entered the SIM PIN code incorrectly and now need a PUK code to unlock the SIM?

 

If this is what you need, you can get this by logging into your My EE account > Manage Device > Unblock SIM > Show PUK code.
